Course launches but completion status never changes in LMS
Solution: Inspected SCORM API calls and found missing SetValue for completion status. Added proper LMSFinish() call with completion tracking. Tested in client's LMS.
SCORM course works in SCORM Cloud but fails in Moodle
Solution: Moodle was using strict SCORM 1.2 validation. Course had SCORM 2004 API calls mixed in. Rewrote all API interactions for pure 1.2 compliance.
Quiz scores reporting incorrectly—always showing 0%
Solution: Score wasn't being normalized correctly (course sent raw score without setting max/min). Fixed score calculation and added proper scaling.
Course bookmarking not working—always restarts from beginning
Solution: Bookmark data was being saved but not retrieved on launch. Added proper GetValue for lesson_location and resume logic.
