Workday Learning plays packaged content on Rustici Engine, the engine behind SCORM Cloud. Where
Workday differs is in how it records and rolls up the result: tenant settings decide whether
completion waits for the learner to exit, and in the tenant we inspected, a package that reports
`failed` never rolls up to a completed course.

Version support is broader than many admins assume. Workday's
[administrator documentation](https://doc.workday.com/workday-education/en-us/course-manuals/learning-for-administrators/workday-learning-components.html)
lists AICC 2.x, SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (2nd, 3rd and 4th Edition) as supported packaged-content
formats, so a 2004 package doesn't need republishing as 1.2 to run in Workday.
